KA131 ERASMUS+ STUDENT MOBILTY FOR PRACTICE (SMP)
Nomination and Application Deadlines
Nomination emails must be submitted by the responsible Expert or Coordinator of the partner institution at least 60 days prior to the intended mobility date.
Following the nomination, complete application documents must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the intended mobility date.
Please note that nominations and/or application documents submitted after the stated deadlines will not be accepted.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
1- Erasmus+ Student Application Form (Click here to download)
*** Fill in the application form electronically and have it signed & stamped by the responsible person in International Relations Office; then send it us by e-mail.
2- Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Traineeship
3- Copy of the ID card or passport
4- Up-to-date student certificate or copy of the student card
5- Scanned Biometric Photo (colorful) for the Ege University Student Card
AFTER THE MOBILITY
1- Learning Agreement for Traineeship/After the Mobility
*** This document is prepared as the Transcript of Records document upon the end of mobility period. After the departmental coordinator prepares the document, related Erasmus Expert at the International Relations Office sends the approved document both to the student and if required, Home Institution via e-mal and post (if necessary).
