Regarding traineeship applications, incoming students must contact the Erasmus Departmental Coordinator of related Faculty for confirmation of the traineeship period and schedule.

1- Erasmus+ Student Application Form (Click here to download)

*** Fill in the application form electronically and have it signed & stamped by the responsible person in International Relations Office; then send it us by e-mail. 

2- Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Traineeship (Click here to download)

3-  Copy of the ID card or passport

4-  Up-to-date student certificate or copy of the student card

5-  Scanned Biometric Photo (colorful) for the Ege University Student Card
