Your Erasmus Departmental Coordinator is responsible for all your academic processes during your Erasmus mobility.

• At the start of the semester, contact your Erasmus Departmental Coordinator.

• Provide your student number to ensure your courses are added to the system.

• Coordinators will assist with:

  • Course selection

  • Class schedules

  • Course changes

  • Academic guidance

  • Signatures on the Online Learning Agreement, During the Mobility, After Mobility (Transcript of Records)

• Remember: Erasmus experts in International Relations Office are administrative support, not academic coordinators.
