Your Erasmus Departmental Coordinator is responsible for all your academic processes during your Erasmus mobility.

• At the start of the semester, contact your Erasmus Departmental Coordinator.

• Provide your student number to ensure your courses are added to the system.

• Coordinators will assist with:

  • Course selection

  • Class schedules

  • Course changes

  • Academic guidance

  • Signatures on the Online Learning Agreement

• Remember: Erasmus coordinators are administrative support, not academic experts.
