Student ID cards will be provided during the orientation program organized by the International Relations Office.
With your student card, you can:
Enter university buildings
Borrow books from the library
Use the campus dining hall
- Access sports facilities and benefit from student discounts on public transportation.
Lost Student ID Card – Information Notice
Students who lose their student ID card must log in to the OBYS system (obys.ege.edu.tr) using their username and password and submit a “Lost/Renewal ID Card Application”.
After completing the application, an official letter addressed to the Police Department will be issued stating that the student has lost their ID card. The student must have this letter approved by the Police Department.
Following the police approval, the student is required to deposit 35 TL to the Halkbank IBAN account specified by the university. After making the payment, the approved police letter and the payment receipt must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office.
A new student ID card will be issued within a maximum of 15 working days after the documents are submitted.
