KA131 ERASMUS+ STUDENT MOBILTY FOR STUDIES (SMS)

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

1. Nomination of Selected Students

All students must be nominated by the Erasmus+ Office at their home institution.

·         Nomination form: [Click here to download]

·         Send completed forms to incoming@mail.ege.edu.tr

Nomination Deadlines:

·         Fall Semester or Full Year: 15th May

·         Spring Semester: 15th October

2. Registration

Nominated students will receive a registration link and deadline from the International Relations Office.

Application Deadlines:

·         Fall Semester or Full Year: 15th June

·         Spring Semester: 15th November

3. Required Documents

1.      Erasmus+ Student Application Form [Click here to download]

o    Fill in electronically, have it signed & stamped by the responsible person in the International Relations Office, and send it by e-mail.

2.      Erasmus+ Online Learning Agreement for Studies (EWP)

  • Please submit your Online Learning Agreement (OLA) through the EWP system.If you are unsure how to proceed, contact the Erasmus coordinator at your home university.Make sure to indicate the official responsible/signing person in the EWP system.
  • Course selection must be made using the Online Course Catalogue.
  • You can find the list of Erasmus departmental coordinators here.

3.      Copy of ID card and passport

4.      Up-to-date student certificate or copy of the student card

5.      Scanned biometric photo (color) for the Ege University Student Card

Letter of Acceptance/Invitation:

Students who complete their registration and submit all required documents by the deadline will receive an official Letter of Acceptance/Invitation from the International Relations Office. This document can be used for visa applications.
