Confirmation Documents – Important Information for incoming students:

• Students who have just arrived are required to complete only the Arrival section of the document.

• The Departure section must be left blank at this stage.

For students who have completed their mobility:

• Students who are finishing their mobility period must complete both the Arrival and Departure sections.

Important Notes:

• Documents can not be signed or dated in advance.

• Dates must strictly comply with the official academic calendar (start and end dates of the semester).

• For traineeship mobility, the document must indicate the official start and end dates of the traineeship period.
