1- Erasmus+ Student Application Form

*** Fill in the application form electronically and have it signed & stamped by the responsible person in International Relations Office; then send it us by e-mail. 

2- Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Studies

*** Fill in Learning Agreement electronically and have it signed & stamped by the responsible Erasmus Departmental Coordinator; then send it us by e-mail.

3- Erasmus+ Learning Agreement for Traineeship

*** Fill in Learning Agreement electronically and have it signed & stamped by the responsible Erasmus Departmental Coordinator; then send it us by e-mail.

4-  Copy of the ID card or passport

5-  Up-to-date student certificate or copy of the student card

6-  Scanned Biometric Photo (colorful)

DURING THE MOBILITY

*** Fill in During the Mobilty electronically and have it signed & stamped by the responsible Erasmus Departmental Coordinator; then send it us by e-mail.

AFTER THE MOBILITY

1- Learning Agreement for Studies/After the Mobility Document

*** This document is prepared as the Transcript of Records document upon the end of mobility period. After the departmental coordinator prepares the document, related Erasmus Expert at the International Relations Office sends the approved document both to the student and Home Institution via e-mal and post (if necessary).

2- Satisfaction Survey for Incoming Students
